"An Evening with Eli Manning," which is sponsored by Baptist Health, will take place at the Renaissance Montgomery Convention Center.
The event will include a VIP reception, dinner and a live auction of items signed by Manning.
?Montgomery sports anchors Jeff Shearer and? Dee Jackson will lead a question and answer session with the Super Bowl MVP during the event.
"It's likely an evening that will not only be entertaining and informative, but also a great opportunity to support a good cause," said Russell Tyner with Baptist Health of Montgomery.
Tickets for "An Evening with Eli Manning" will go on sale on Jan. 18. General admission is $100, which includes admittance to the dinner, auction and program. A limited number of VIP tickets will also be available for $400. Tickets may be purchased on the foundation's website.
The VIP reception will begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The Renaissance Montgomery Convention Center is located at 201 Tallapoosa street.
Last year's event, "An Evening with Tim Tebow," brought the largest crowd to the convention center to date.
